Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable, granting access to the park every day of the 2025 summer season except for Ferragosto (August 15). It is mandatory to present an identification document before scanning the subscription at the ticket counters to verify the correspondence with the name on the subscription.

Umbrellas and Sunbeds
You can reserve sunbeds and umbrellas in the designated areas for a small additional fee.
A variety of options are available to tailor your experience to your comfort.

Info and Discounts
- Free entry for children under 3 years old and non-self-sufficient disabled individuals.
- Reduced rates for children under 10 years old, military personnel, law enforcement, companions of non-self-sufficient disabled individuals, and non-motor disabled persons.
Please note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory.
It can be purchased at the ticket counter for €3.
You can rent a locker for valuables at a cost of €5, with a deposit of €5 required at the counter.
In the event the park remains closed due to adverse weather conditions, those who purchased an entry ticket online will automatically receive a refund.
For those who purchased their ticket at one of the Ciaotickets sales points or at the park counters, it is necessary to return to the place of purchase and submit a refund request, providing the ticket intact with all its parts.
